Yoga Class — With each pose you will gain strength, flexibility, endurance, and balance throughout your whole body. When holding a certain pose with breathwork, you continue to build strength and flexibility in all your muscle groups and stimulate your meridian channels releasing any blockages in your body. Meditation Class — Various meditation techniques to quiet and calm your mind in order to become focused and present. Stress Reduction and Relaxation Class — Mild stress reduction and relaxation exercise class to assist in relaxing your Mind, Body and Spirit in order to become focused and present. Power
Yoga— A series of asanas or poses that increase and build
flexibility, strength, endurance, and balance. Pilates
— Focus on building and developing a strong Powerhouse (core abdominal
muscles), the body’s center of gravity. Qi Gong For Fertility — is used to enhance Nevada Fertility C.A.R.E.S (www.nfcares.com) fertility treatments and increase chances for successful conception and implantation. À Focus
on your Tan Tien, ( Pronounced Dan Tien, center of energy, 2 inches below
your navel). When you focus on
your Tan Tien you are focusing on your breath. Inhale… expand your
abdomen fully. Exhale…
contract your abdomen into your spine.
Breathing slowly and deeply. À Allow
Chi energy (Life energy) to flow into your palms and body.
1. Clap
your hands vigorously 10 times and rub your hands together bringing heat
into your palms. 2. Standing
shoulder width apart, bounce your knees up and down and shake your palms.
3. Stop
for a few moments and feel the Chi energy flowing freely throughout your
body. 4. Feel
the vibration in every part of your body. À Posture—
Proper posture is important in maintaining your center (Tan Tien).
Stand shoulder width apart or wider.
Knees slightly bent. Feet centered into the Earth, back is straight
but, relaxed. Relax your
shoulders, arms, and wrists.
À Qi
Gong 8-form by MitchAnne (Chi
Kung in Chinese)

body. It includes aerobics,
Tae kwon do, Tai-Chi and Yoga. It incorporates Meditation and music. You

throughout our mind and body while practicing Tai-Chi. À MitchAnne’s
Qi Gong is composed of a series of 8 poses designed to balance the body
and mind and cultivate Chi energy. Each pose symbolizes a person
becoming awakened to unlimited love towards all living beings and is
performed 3 times. À Qi
Gong 8-form by MitchAnne originated from the founder of Dahn Hak, Grand
Master Il Chi
Lee, who created his form of Qi Gong for mental and physical health.
Through Qi
Gong's
different forms, you can dance, do Tai-Chi or martial art while learning
to feel Chi
energy, which develops your breath, your focus, and your balance. Qi

Catching a dragon À Three
motions symbolizing catching a dragon. À In
Asia, a dragon represents the Chi energy.
À Concentrate
on your Chi, the energy center in your lower abdomen and located about two
inches below your belly button and two inches deep. Collect Chi energy in
your palms. Feel Chi energy in your palms. It is important to put your
feet together. Straighten your back, and
feel comfortable. À Slightly
bend your knees, breathe in and raise your arms and place your hands
together above your head. Palms come together. Then bring your hands right
below your chin. Separate your
palms and gently push your hands down to your Tan Tien. Repeat
this motion 3 times. 2.
Love towards Heaven, Earth and Humans À Bring
your right foot out to shoulder width with your right palm downward.
Your left palm is placed in front of your Tan Tien. À Make
3 big slow circles at waist height. As
you inhale make a circle and exhale when you come to your center.
Repeat with left hand. Their philosophical meanings are the love
towards the Heaven, the Earth and all Human kind. 3.
Harmony À Cross
your left leg behind your right leg. Draw 3 infinities in the air with
your hands, swaying your arms back and forth in coordination with your
breath. Let your eyes follow
your hands. The hand in front
of your chest faces up and the other pushes out. Switch legs. Bring your
right leg behind your left leg. Repeat the arm motion 3 times. Focus on
your Tan Tien. À Benefit:
This pose represents harmony between nature and human kind. This form
strengthens your lower Tan Tien. 4.
Teaching Harmonious Living À Step
your right foot out to shoulder width. Place your hands in front of your
chest with your palms facing up. Move your right arm smoothly out to the
side in a circular motion behind you and rotate your wrist. Gently twist
your wrist downward and extend your hand forward fully. Bring it back
toward your chest and make an inside circle moving your palm under your
armpit and extend your arm to straighten your elbow. Swing your hand out
and make a circle and then bend your elbow to bring your palm over your
head and return to the chest. Complete the same motion alternating with both
hands 3 times. À
Benefit:
This pose helps expand your Chi energy throughout the earth and to all
people. You can feel the connection between you and nature. 5.
Leading People Harmoniously À Repeat
the same motion as before with both hands at once, 3 times. À Benefit:
Through this pose, you can spread your Chi energy limitlessly and
circulates Chi energy through your whole body. You will realize that you
and the cosmos are one. 6.
Creating a Brighter World À Put
your feet together and slightly bend your knees. À Bring
your hands in front of your Tan Tien with the palms downward in a
closed position. Thumbs are
placed over the belly button forming a triangle with your palms. À As
you inhale, spread your hands out to the sides with the palms up in an
open position. When you place your palms back together, you exhale.
When you open your hands, you release all stagnant energy from your
body. When you close
your hands, you receive good, fresh energy into your body. Repeat this
motion 3 times. À Focus
on your hands, soles of your feet, and the top of head.
Feel Chi energy flowing through your whole body. 7.
Dragon Flying Up To Sky À This
pose represents a dragon flying up into the sky to get enlightened
(Collecting Chi energy). À Inhale
while you pinch your first three fingers together, extending your arms out
to the side with the elbow slightly bent.
Then pass your hands behind your back and briefly touching your
thumbs together. Continue
to raise your hands up to your armpits and exhale. Gather the energy from
your hands through Governor Meridian Channel along the spine to accumulate
the Chi energy. À Inhale
and as you exhale release your hands and arms down to your sides.
Look forward. Keep your shoulders and arms relaxed. À Benefit:
Through this pose, you maximize the capacity for the oxygen in your lungs
while recharging the Chi energy. 8.
Becoming One with Chi Energy À Relax
your arms, wrists, palms and shoulders. As you inhale raise your arms and
palms up to your chest height. As
you exhale let your arms flow down to your Tan Tien, your center.
Repeat 3 times. À Focus
on your Tan Tien, your center and feel the Chi energy in your palms.
You will feel the Chi energy fully as you learn to connect with
your center.
